Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world.” And a step towards this change needs a thought about the quality of teachers also. Teachers shape the future of the nation by shaping the young minds. It is essential we think about the training imparted to the teachers before teaching tot the students. In such a scenario, qualitative teacher training becomes crucial. The ESAR endeavours to create excellent teachers for the society. In fact, research shows that an inspiring and informed critical to pay close attention to how we train and support both new and young educators. ESAR, we groom young aspiring teachers not only for their subjective teaching but for lives too. They are prepared for the challenges of the 21st century classrooms. We intend to create teachers of tomorrow with the transformative knowledge of Indian tradition. I am honoured to be a part of this intuition that envisions teacher education in a holistic way let’s join hands for this sacred task of creating young dynamic teachers of future.
